At NIDA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NIDA account and select 'Order History' to request a return authorization and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
